Overview

Samuel Wiles focuses his practice on labor and employment law matters, and represents clients before federal and state courts and federal and state employment agencies.

Sam’s practice involves representing employers in all aspects of traditional labor law, including union elections and organizing drives under the National Labor Relations Act, collective bargaining, labor arbitrations and grievances, unfair labor practice charges, and labor relations.

Sam has also defended clients against claims of gender, age, disability, criminal background, familial status and retaliation claims before the New York State Division of Human Rights.

Prior to joining Littler, Sam was a litigation attorney in Rochester, practicing general litigation including medical malpractice, trusts and estates, and commercial litigation. Previously, Sam handled labor and employment matters at a firm in New York City and also worked as a labor relations intern. During law school, Sam was a member of the St. John's Law Review.
