Michaela D. Noble represents and advises employers in all aspects of labor and employment law.
Prior to joining Littler, Michaela handled various employment and EEO-related matters for a human resources consulting company, including:
- Conducting administrative hearings
- EEO and administrative workplace investigations
- EEO counseling
- Workplace climate assessments
- Drafting Final Agency Decisions
- Responding to charges of discrimination
- Advising and training entities on how to conduct internal workplace harassment investigations
- Other employment law matters
Previously, as an assistant city attorney Michaela represented a large city in discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims, and other actions under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), and other federal and state laws. Michaela also represented the city at the administrative level.
During law school, Michaela served as the 2017-2018 president of the Black Law Students Association.
