Cody E. King advises and represents employers in legal disputes. Cody has a broad range of litigation experience, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and drafting dispositive motions. Cody second-chaired a criminal defense trial in federal court under the federal court’s Criminal Justice Act Mentorship program for the Eastern District of Kentucky.
Cody worked for a national full-service law firm in its Commercial Litigation practice group before joining Littler. Previously, he worked at a mid-size defense firm in Lexington, Kentucky, where he handled government defense work and other litigation matters.
