Niall Pelly is a Partner and Head of the GQ|Littler's office in Ireland.
Niall advises employers on all aspects of Irish employment law, with particular experience in dealing with complex, business critical litigation such as whistleblowing claims and High Court employment injunctions. He also regularly advises on the employment aspects of corporate transactions and outsourcing projects, together with all issues relating to internal investigation, disciplinary, change management, redundancy and insolvency processes.
He works with large national and multinational clients in a variety of sectors, including technology, pharmaceuticals, medtech, aircraft leasing, fintech and financial services. With his experience of having worked in both the UK and Ireland, he is ideally placed to advise clients with operations that span both jurisdictions.
