The Supreme Decree 011-2024-PCM, published on February 1, 2024, establishes several days as compensable non-working days for the public sector in 2024. These days are July 26, October 7, December 6, December 23-24, and December 30-31.

New Administrative Directive 349-MINSA/DIGIESP-2024 was approved on January 15, 2024. The directive modifies the rules to monitor employees’ health when they are exposed to COVID-19 and to prevent and control its transmission in the workplace.
